Antioxidants

Antioxidants (synonyms: oxidation inhibitors, antioxidants) – substances which prevent or slow down oxidation by molecular oxygen. Antioxidants in an organism of animals and the person are among necessary components of all cells and fabrics and protect biological substrates from spontaneous oxidation.
