Arrhenius-Madsen theory

Arrhenius-Madsen theory (Swedish физикохимик S. A. Arrhenius, 1859-1927; Danish bacteriologist T. Madsen, 1870-1957) – the theory assuming a possibility of neutralization of toxin antitoxin which is based on the assumption of similarity of this process to reaction between the weak basis and weak acid.
