Ashara-Tyera syndrome (French therapist E. Ch. Achard, 1860-1944; French neuropathologist of J. Thiers, 1885-1973; synonyms: a syndrome of bearded women, diabetes of bearded women) – one of hypercorticoidism forms at women which is characterized by obesity, a glucosuria, a hirsutism, an amenorrhea, disturbance of a glyukozotolerantnost.
