Bach-Zubkova method (A. N. Bach, 1857-1946; S. Zubkova; owls. biochemists) – the quantitative way of establishment of activity of a catalase in blood which is based on the decomposition phenomenon at its availability of hydrogen peroxide, not reacted part of which title potassium permanganate solution.
