Biondi way

Biondi a way (A. Biondi, the Italian pathologist, 1846-1917) – a method of coloring of tissue specimens of connecting fabric at which they are processed saturated solution of potassium permanganate, mix of oxalic acid and sulfite potassium, and in conclusion – solution of chloric gold. After processing of fiber of connecting fabric gain saturated black color.
