Burgher disease

Burgher disease (L. Buerger, American surgeon, 1879-1943; synonyms: the thromboangitis is obliterating, Vinivartera-Byurgera a syndrome) – one of types of an obliterating endarteritis of the lower extremities at which process, having begun with damage of veins, in the subsequent passes to arteries or, on the contrary, extends to small superficial veins from arteries.
