Brown энтероэнтероанастомоз (N. of Braun, German surgeon, 1847-1911; Greek entera – guts, intestines, interiors + Greek anastomusis – an anastomosis, from anastomou – to supply with an opening, the mouth) – the anastomosis imposed by the "side sideways" method between the taking-away and bringing loops of a small bowel as addition to a gastroenterostomy for improvement of a conclusion of gastric contents in a small bowel and prevention of a pelting of bile in a stomach.
