Buyo symptom (J. B. Bouillaud, French doctor, 1796-1881)

Vida Buyo of a symptom:

  1. Sign of the expressed increase in the sizes (hypertrophy) in heart, preferential its right departments; it is expressed as the cardiac impulse listened over the site defined visually and to the right of it in a phase of a diastole (expansion) of additional deaf tone;
  2. The non-constant sign of chronic cardial compression caused by massive plevroperikardialny unions; it is expressed by the constant not pulsing retraction in precardiac area of a front chest wall.
