Ghana bone plastics (Е. Hahn, the German surgeon, 1841-1902) – the surgery applied to substitution of a major defect of a tibial bone by a fibular bone at which carry out an osteotomy of a fibular bone in a zone of a neck and imposing of a synostosis between it and the proximal end (epiphysis) of a tibial bone.
