Geymanovich puncture

Geymanovich puncture (Z. I. Geymanovich, Soviet neurosurgeon, 1884-1948; lat. punclio – a puncture, a prick) – a puncture of a front horn of a side cerebral cavity at which the needle is entered into the point located 1 cm above a malar on the midpoint between the outer edge of an eye-socket and an ear.
