Gemilaminektomiya (hemilaminectomia; Greek hemi-– a floor - unilateral, half + anatomic lamina arcus vertebrae – a vertebra arch plate + Greek ektome – removal, excision) – surgery on opening of the vertebral channel at which make unilateral removal of one or several handles of vertebrae, at preservation of acanthas.
