Henry – Adsona a sympathectomy (A. K. of Henry, the Irish surgeon, 1886-1962; A. W. Adson, the American neurosurgeon, 1887-1951) – the modification of a cervicothoracic gangliectomy which is characterized by back access to a star-shaped (cervicothoracic) node with a subperiostal resection of the II-III edges, and crossing of rhomboid and trapezoid muscles.
