Gepatoomentofrenopeksiya

Gepatoomentofrenopeksiya (hepatoomentophrenopexia; Greek hzpar, hzpatos – a liver + lat. omentum – an epiploon + Greek phren – a diaphragm + pexis – an attachment) – surgery on a podshivaniye of a big epiploon between a liver and a diaphragm for formation of an additional porto-caval anastomosis; it is used against the background of a circulatory unefficiency in system of a portal vein.
