Hepatosis

Hepatosis (hepatosis, Greek hzpar, hzpatos – a liver + Greek - Usis (словообраз. a suffix) – a disease; synonym: hepatitis of trofopaticheskiya) – the name combining a number of the diseases of a liver differing in dystrophic changes of a hepatic parenchyma against the background of absence or insignificant expressiveness of symptoms of an inflammation.

  • fatty (adiposa; synonyms: liver obesity, liver dystrophy fatty) – is morphologically expressed by fatty dystrophy of hepatocytes; it is noted at endocrine frustration (preferential at a diabetes mellitus), hypoxias, toxic action on liver tissue, disturbances of food (protein-vitamin insufficiency, hunger);
  • pigmental (pigmentosa) – differs in disturbances of pigmental exchange and is caused by genetically determined enzymopathies; a hepatosis pigmental the Cudgel – Johnson, the Rotor, Gilbert – Meylengrakhta, Krigler – Nayara includes syndromes;
  • cholestatic (cholestatica) – is connected with the intra hepatic cholestasia caused by disturbances of exchange of bile acids and cholesterol, for example, at pregnancy or when using a number of medicines (aminazine, anticoagulants, hormonal steroid drugs and many others).
