Vanlera phenomenon

Vanlera phenomenon (S. of Vanlair, French doctor of the 19th century; Greek phainomenon – being) – the mechanism of regeneration of the cut nerve by growing of axons of its central piece along syncytial tyazhy schwannian cells in a stump of the regenerated peripheral site of the injured nerve.
