Vinogradsky environment

Vinogradsky environment (S. N. Vinogradsky, domestic microbiologist, 1856-1953).

Allocate Vinogradsky the environment:

  • The synthetic liquid medium used for cultivation of the anaerobic fixer of nitrogen; includes in structure magnesium sulfate, disubstituted potassium phosphate, glucose, chalk, traces of manganese sulfates and iron, table salt;
  • The synthetic liquid medium used for detection at ability bacteria in aerobic conditions to decompose cellulose; contains potassium nitrate, chalk, disubstituted potassium phosphate, table salt, manganese sulfates, iron and magnesium, and as a source of cellulose filter paper is applied.
