L-lysine эсцинат

General characteristics. Structure:

1 ml of solution includes a L-lysine of an estsinat (in terms of 100% of substance) 0,001 g;

other components: alcohol of 96%, propylene glycol, water for injections.

Pharmacological properties:

Renders antiinflammatory, the anti-exudative (antiedematous) and related anesthetizing action. Estsin, oppressing activity of lizosomalny hydrolases, interferes with splitting of mucopolysaccharides in walls of capillaries and the connecting fabric surrounding them, normalizes the increased vascular and fabric permeability, shows the antiedematous, antiinflammatory and anesthetizing action. Raises a vascular tone, and also has moderate immunocorrective and gipoglikemiziruyushchy effect.

Indications to use:

Posttraumatic, intra-and postoperative hypostases of any localization:
hypostasis of a head and spinal cord of heavy degree, including with intracraneal hemorrhages, increase in intracranial pressure, and also the hypostasis swelling phenomena;
the hypostases of soft tissues at defeat of a musculoskeletal system which are followed by local disturbances of blood circulation and a pain syndrome;
edematous pain syndrome at damage of a backbone, trunk, extremities;
heavy disturbances of venous blood circulation of the lower extremities at acute thrombophlebitis which are followed by an edematous and inflammatory and pain syndrome.

Route of administration and doses:

The daily dose of drug for adults makes 5–10 ml.
This amount of drug dissolve 0,9% of solution of sodium of chloride in 15–50 ml and enter strictly in/in (in / and introduction is not allowed). At states, life-threatening the patient (the acute period of a craniocereberal injury, intra-and postoperative hypostases of a head and spinal cord with the hypostasis swelling phenomena, hypostases of the big sizes owing to widespread injuries of soft tissues and a musculoskeletal system), a daily dose is raised to 10 ml by 2 times a day. The maximum daily dose for adults — 25 ml.
Drug use duration usually makes 2–8 days depending on efficiency of therapy.
At children the single dose is entered from calculation: 1 year-5 of years — 0,22 mg of the L-lysine of an estsinat on 1 kg of body weight; 5–10 years — 0,18 mg/kg of body weight; 10 years are also more senior — 0,15 mg/kg of body weight. The drug is administered by 2 times a day. Course duration — 2–8 days depending on a condition of the patient and efficiency of therapy.

Features of use:

At some patients with gepatokholetsistity perhaps passing increase in activity of transaminases in blood serum which is not constituting danger to the patient and not demanding drug withdrawal.
There is no experience of use of drug during pregnancy and feeding by a breast.

Side effects:

At individual sensitivity to an estsin at certain patients allergic reactions in the form of skin rash, a small tortoiseshell, a Quincke's disease are possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

Treatment by drug if necessary can be combined using anti-inflammatory, antimicrobic and analgetic drugs.
Drug should not be used along with aminoglycosides as it can lead to increase in nephrotoxicity of the last.
In need of simultaneous use with anticoagulants of a dose of the last it is necessary to lower and control a prothrombin time.
Linkng of an estsin with proteins of a blood plasma decreases at simultaneous use of antibiotics of a tsefalosporinovy row that can increase concentration of a free estsin in blood with risk of development of side effects.

Contraindications:

The expressed renal failures, hypersensitivity to drug; to children aged till 1 year.

Storage conditions:

In the place protected from light at a temperature of 15-25 °C.
