Триакорт®

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 0,025 g and 0,1 g of Triamcinolonum of acetonide.

Excipients: the glycerin, propylene glycol, Dimexidum, vaseline, stearic acid emulsifying wax, the water purified.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Drug has antiinflammatory, antiallergic and antipruritic properties.

Indications to use:

^{Triakort® ointment} is applied in complex therapy of patients with eczema, psoriasis, neurodermatitis, different types of dermatitis both other inflammatory and allergic diseases of skin of not microbic etiology.

Route of administration and doses:

^{Triakort® ointment} is applied evenly thin layer on affected areas of skin by 1-3 times a day. Duration of treatment depends on the nature of a disease and efficiency of therapy, making usually 5-10 days. At persistent disease the course of treatment can be prolonged up to 25 days. On the limited centers of defeat ^{Triakort® ointment} can be applied under an occlusive bandage to strengthening of effect.

Treatment is begun with 0,1% of ointment, on reaching therapeutic effect pass to 0,025% ointment with its gradual cancellation.

Such tactics provides more long-term effect and reduces danger of an aggravation of process after drug withdrawal.

Side effects:

At prolonged treatment ^{by Triakort® ointment} development of secondary infectious defeats and trophic changes of skin is possible. At certain patients with individual intolerance to any components of drug the exacerbation of a disease can be observed.

For the prevention of local infectious complications ointment is recommended to appoint in combination with antimicrobic means.

Contraindications:

The increased individual sensitivity, infectious, wound and cankers of skin, pregnancy and the period of a lactation.

Storage conditions:

At a temperature from 12 to 15 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. Not to use after the period of validity specified on packaging. A period of validity - 3 years.

Packaging:

On 10 g and 25 g in a tuba aluminum or on 25 g and 40 g in bank of orange glass. Each tuba or to bank together with the application instruction is placed in a pack from a cardboard. On 350 g or 800 g in bank of orange glass (for a hospital).
