General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 15 mg of roots of a ginseng, 125 mg of roots of a glycyrrhiza, 200 mg of a grass of a purple cone-flower purple.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The biological effect of drug is caused by existence of panaksozid and polysaccharides of a ginseng, derivatives of caffeic acid (эхинакозид, Cinorinum) and unsaturated alkamid of a purple cone-flower, and also tannins, sterols and other organic and inorganic components of a ginseng, a purple cone-flower and a glycyrrhiza.

Has the adaptogenny, immunostimulating and fortifying properties. Renders neurotonic, nootorpny, stressprotektorny, antiinflammatory, gastroprotektorny and antioxidant effects. Increases intellectual and physical effeciency, promotes its preservation and recovery at the expressed psychological and exercise stresses.

Pharmacokinetics. It is not described.

Indications to use:

Drug is used at adults as treatment-and-prophylactic adaptogenny, fortifying and immunoexcitant at intensive and long psychological and exercise stresses for the purpose of a bystry and complete recovery of working capacity, at asthenic manifestations of various genesis, in the period of reconvalescence after chronic diseases, at patients with initial manifestations of insufficiency of cerebral circulation (decrease in working capacity, increased fatigue, disturbances of memory and attention).

Trimunal use with the preventive purpose at the first symptoms of catarrhal diseases (especially in the fall and in the spring); when performing antibiotic treatment (for increase in its efficiency and reduction of time of use of antibiotics), radio - and chemotherapy; at other states which are followed by weakening of functions of immune system.

Drug is used for prevention and stopping of side effect of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and other medicines causing dispepsichesky frustration.

Route of administration and doses:

Accept inside on 1 tablet 2 times a day in the first half of day after food. Course duration usually makes 3 weeks. If necessary after consultation with the doctor repeated courses of treatment or preventive reception are possible.

Features of use:

At use in the recommended doses drug does not influence ability to manage vehicles and the machine equipment.

Does not treat doping means and does not cause physical and mental dependence.

Precautionary measures. It is not necessary to take less than for 8 h to a dream or along with drugs from group of psychostimulants.

Side effects:

At prolonged use, as well as when using in the doses exceeding recommended increase in arterial pressure is possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

Strengthens effects of the psychostimulants and medicines possessing analeptical action (caffeine, camphor).

Weakens effect of medicines with the oppressing action on the central nervous system (barbiturates, tranquilizers, anticonvulsant drugs).

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, arterial hypertension, disturbances of cordial activity, the expressed atherosclerosis, the increased nervous irritability, sleeplessness, pregnancy, the lactation period, children's age up to 12 years, general diseases at which use of immunoexcitants is not recommended.

 

Overdose:

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, sleeplessness, hyperexcitability of a nervous system.
