General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 150 mg or 300 mg of a piyavit (biologically active agents of sialadens of medical bloodsuckers).

Capsule cover: gelatin, titanium oxide.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Piyavit slows down approach of the beginning of a blood coagulation and increases duration of this process. Piyavit blocks at the same time plasma and platelet link of a hemostasis. Having high affinity to collagen, drug reduces adhesion of thrombocytes by subendotheliums, has protective action on an endothelium. Drug shows the fibrinolitic activity different from effect of plasmin. Prevents growth of intravascular blood clots and promotes their rassasyvaniye, reduces viscosity of blood.

The thrombolytic effect develops slowly. Piyavit has moderate antiinflammatory effect. At thrombophlebitises improves regional blood supply, reduces morbidity.

Indications to use:

Thrombophlebitis and phlebitis of superficial veins (treatment and prevention); diabetic micro and a macrovascular disease (as a part of complex therapy); a traumatic hematoma and hypostasis (including after injections); a varicosity of the lower extremities (including complicated by phlebitis and trophic ulcers).

Route of administration and doses:

Inside on 300 mg (1 capsule on 300 mg or 2 capsules on 150 mg) 3 times a day. Course of treatment of 10-20 days. A repeated course of treatment in 1-2 months. With the preventive purpose appoint 150 mg 2 times a day.

Side effects:

There are no data so far.

Contraindications:

The raised bleeding of mucous; peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum; hemorrhagic diathesis; the diseases which are followed by the lowered coagulability of blood. Hypersensitivity to drug components.

Storage conditions:

To store in the dry, protected from light place at a temperature not above 10 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children! A period of validity - 2 years. Not to use after the period of validity specified on packaging.

Capsules on 150 mg or 300 mg. On 10 capsules in a blister strip packaging. On 3 planimetric packagings with the application instruction in a pack from a cardboard. On 30, 60, 120 capsules in bottles polyethylene or glass. On 1 bottle with the application instruction in a pack from a cardboard.
