Антистакс®

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 180 mg of grapes of red leaves of extract dry.

Excipients: silicon oxide colloid anhydrous, dextrose (syrup of glucose dry), starch corn, magnesium stearate, talc.

Capsule cover: gelatin, sodium додецилсульфат, the water purified titanium dioxide, ferrous oxide гидратат (E 171) (ferrous oxide yellow), ferrous oxide (E 172) (ferrous oxide red).

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Extract from red leaves of grapes contains pharmacological active flavonoids, meletin glucuronide and isomeletin are basic of which. Drug has protective action on an epithelium of vessels (stabilizing membranes) and increases elasticity of vessels (normalizing vascular permeability). Decrease in permeability of a vascular wall for plasma, proteins or water from vessels in surrounding fabric slows down formation of hypostases and reduces already existing hypostases.

Indications to use:

Prevention and symptomatic treatment of chronic venous insufficiency (in combination with a varicosity), including hypostases of the lower extremities, heavy feeling and fatigue in the lower extremities, feeling of tension, paresthesia (sensitivity change) and pain.

Route of administration and doses:

Accept inside. The recommended dose for adults makes 2 capsules day and has to be accepted in the morning to food. The dose can be increased to 4 capsules a day. Capsules should be swallowed entirely and to wash down with water.

Features of use:

In case of insufficient or unsatisfactory symptomatic effect within 6 weeks of treatment, it is necessary to recommend to the patient to consult at the doctor concerning other possible reasons of hypostases. One capsule contains 7,5 mg of glucose. Most recommended daily dose (4 capsules) contains 30 mg of glucose.

Pregnancy and lactation. АНТИСТАКС® it is not recommended to accept during pregnancy and in the period of a lactation. Researches on safety of use of drug for pregnant women and nursing were not conducted.

About cases of overdose or intoxication it was not reported.

Storage conditions:

In the place, dry and unavailable to children, at a temperature of 15-25 °C. Period of validity of 36 months. Not to use after the expiry date specified on packaging.

Capsules of 180 mg. On 10 or 20 capsules in blisters from foil PVC/Al. On 2, 5, 10 or 16 blisters together with the application instruction in a cardboard pack.
