Malavit

General characteristics. Structure:

1 bottle of solution of Malavit contains:
 - glycerin;
 - active bio-complexes of silver and copper;
 - stone oil;
 - mummy;
 - larch gum;
 - pitch of a fir and cedar;
 - extracts of a grass and roots of vegetable raw materials of the Gorno-Altaysk region (including the yarrow, a peony evading an immortelle, a sage medicinal, a peppermint, a camomile pharmaceutical, calendulas, a thyme, an acorus marsh, a wormwood, a celandine, a plantain, a purple cone-flower, an inula and a Labrador tea);
 - extracts of bark of an aspen and oak;
 - extracts of buds of a pine and birch;
 - mid-mountain dew;
 - the ionized structured spring water.
 Alcohol, dyes and preservatives is not a part of drug.

Pharmacological properties:

Malavit – the naturopathic means intended for external use (including processing of integuments and mucous membranes). Malavit renders the antipruritic, deodorizing, anesthetizing and antiedematous action, it is effective at the infectious diseases caused by aerobic and anaerobic bacteria. At use of drug of Malavit development of resistance of microorganisms is not noted.
Malavit in complex therapy of acute inflammatory diseases supplements and strengthens effect of the main drugs.
Solution is suitable for sanitation of mucous membranes of ENT organs and genitalias.

Indications to use:

Malavit apply in a complex with other means to treatment of the patients having inflammatory diseases of ENT organs, upper respiratory tracts and skin.
Malavit use as anti-inflammatory and antipruritic drug in complex therapy in gynecologic and dental practice.
Malavit it can be appointed at frostbites, hematomas, burns, wounds, decubituses, musculoskeletal system diseases, neuritis, dermatitis, vascular disorders and stings of insects.

Route of administration and doses:

Malavit it is intended for external use. Solution should be applied on skin by means of a cotton plug, for strengthening of therapeutic effect the processed site is covered with a polyethylene film which is fixed bandage. Time of use of a compress makes, as a rule, 20-180 minutes. For achievement of the maximum therapeutic effect at subacute processes before use of solution of Malavit it is recommended to warm up an affected area. Drug is used on doctor's orders in not divorced look or parted before use by water.

Solution should be applied on integuments in the place of a projection of inflammatory process. Duration of therapy and a dose of drug of Malavit is determined by the doctor.
 
In otolaryngologic practice, as a rule, appoint 5-10 drops of drug to 100 ml of water, the received solution wash out the nasal courses, use for rinsing of a throat and as nasal drops from 3 to 5 times a day. To children 5 years, as a rule, are younger appoint 1 drop of drug to every year of life (part in 100 ml of water).

At catarral otitis, as a rule, appoint 5 drops of drug to 5 ml of water, moisten with the received solution a tampon and enter into acoustical pass of 4-6 times a day.

In gynecologic and obstetric practice, as a rule, appoint 10 ml of drug to 200 ml of water, apply the received solution to a toilet of genitalias, a phonocut of a vagina, syringing and wetting of tampons (tampons should be entered for 2-5 hours). The course of treatment makes, as a rule, 5-10 procedures.
 
At the closed injuries of a musculoskeletal system and damages of an integument (frostbites, burns, wounds, decubituses), as a rule, appoint bandages with not divorced solution of Malavit who impose for 2-3 hours to 3 times a day (the bandage from above is recommended to be covered with a polyethylene film).

At changes it is recommended to enter 10-20ml drug under gypsum or a splint 1-2 times a day within 3 days.

At acne rash and herpes it is necessary to wipe with not divorced solution affected areas of skin to 5 times a day.

At stings of insects the wadded disk moistened with drug of Malavit is imposed to the place of a sting for 10 minutes.
 
In dental practice, as a rule, appoint 5-10 drops of drug to a glass of water, use the received solution for rinsing and irrigation of an oral cavity.

As the deodorizing means wipe with not divorced solution of Malavit an integument of axillary hollows or part 10 ml of drug with sea salt on 5 liters of water and use as trays at perspiration of palms and a foot.

As hygienic means of 10 ml of drug of Malavit add to a bathtub (on 200 liters of water).

Features of use:

Pregnancy:
Drug of Malavit during pregnancy and a lactation is not present experience of use. At external and vaginal use of solution of Malavit embriotoksichesky and teratogenic influence is not noted.

Side effects:

In isolated cases during use of drug of Malavit development of allergic reactions was noted.

Interaction with other medicines:

Simultaneous use of drug of Malavit with other local means on one site of an integument or mucous membranes is not recommended. In need of such combination, it is necessary to observe an interval between use of drug of Malavit and other medicines.

Contraindications:

Malavit do not appoint to patients with individual intolerance of components of drug.

Overdose:

Messages on overdose of drug of Malavit at the moment did not arrive. It is not necessary to accept drug orally. At accidental oral administration of a large amount of drug of Malavit it is necessary to wash out a stomach and to see the attending physician.

Storage conditions:

It is necessary to store solution of Malavit no more than 2 years after production in rooms with a temperature from 5 to 25 degrees Celsius.
In storage time of solution insignificant formation of a deposit or opacification of solution is allowed.
Storage time of divorced drug makes no more than 24 hours.
