General characteristics. Structure:

Active agents: KPC N liver extract (the liver hydrolyzate containing not less than 1,5 mkg of cyanocobalamine) of 70,00 mg; L-cysteine a hydrochloride of 21,50 mg in recalculation on L-cysteine of 16,57 mg; Sincaline hydrogen tartrate of 100,00 mg; Mio-inozitol 25,00 mg

Excipients:
Kernel: granulate of wheat flour and lactose, silicon dioxide colloid, talc, high-viscosity paraffin, gelatin, magnesium stearate, cetyl palmitate.

Cover: a gipromelloza, triethyl citrate, симетикон, sodium of a karmelloz, titanium dioxide, glucose syrup, sucrose, ferrous oxide red, ferrous oxide brown, coal medical, dye E132 indigo carmine, dye indigo carmine blue (варниш блю 31967), high-gloss wax, montan glycolic wax, the polishing agent опаглосс a formula 6000.

Pharmacological properties:

Drug Progepar promotes preservation and recovery of structure of hepatocytes, slows down formation of connecting fabric in a liver, promotes regeneration of that part of a parenchyma which underwent destruction. Drug Progepar also promotes improvement of a local blood-groove in hepatic fabric, increases a diuresis and improves functional indicators of work of a liver.

Indications to use:

Drug use Progepar is shown as a part of complex therapy at chronic hepatitises, fatty dystrophy of a liver of various genesis, toxic hepatitises including alcoholic, cirrhosis, hepatopathies of various genesis.

Drug has the supporting and protective therapeutic action at medicinal intoxications, a radial illness, during courses of therapy by cytostatics, psoriasis.

Route of administration and doses:

Drug is accepted on 1-2 tablets by three times a day daily, swallowing it entirely, not chewing, and washing down with enough liquid. The course of treatment is individual.

Tablets, coated, on 20, 50 or 100 tablets in a plastic bottle, with a cover from polyethylene. The bottle together with the instruction on a medical use is placed in cardboard packaging.
