General characteristics. Structure:

Active agents:
Lipoid PPL-400 - 400,0 mg
phospholipids in terms of 100% substance – 300,0 mg
(the main component - phosphatidylsincaline of 73-79%);
Trinatriyevy salt of glycyrrhizic acid (sodium glycyrrhizinate)-65,0 mg.
Excipients: butyl hydroxytoluene, alcohol ethyl grade "luxury" or "extra" (ethanol), sunflower oil or corn oil.
Capsule cover excipients:
capsules firm gelatinous No. 0.

Case and cover
titanium dioxide, dye ferrous oxide red, dye ferrous oxide black, dye ferrous oxide yellow, gelatin.

Description:
capsules firm gelatinous No. 0; the case and a cover of the capsule - brown color.

Capsule contents – oil pasty weight from light yellow till orange-brown color with a slight specific smell.

Pharmacological properties:

The combined means. Has membrane stabilizing, hepatoprotective and antiviral effect.

Fosfatidilkholin (the main component of phospholipids) is the basic structural element of cellular and intracellular membranes, is capable to recover their structure and functions at damage, having cytoprotective effect.

Normalizes proteinaceous and lipidic exchanges, prevents loss by hepatocytes of enzymes and other active agents, recovers disintoxication function of a liver, inhibits formation of connecting fabric, reducing risk of developing of fibrosis and cirrhosis.

Glitsirat (glycyrrhizic acid and salts) possesses antiinflammatory action, suppresses a reproduction of viruses in a liver and other bodies due to stimulation of products of interferon, increase in phagocytosis, increase in activity of natural cells killers. Has hepatoprotective effect thanks to antioxidant and membrane stabilizing activity. Exponentiates action of endogenous glucocorticosteroids, having antiinflammatory and antiallergic effect at noninfectious damages of a liver.

At damages of skin due to membrane stabilizing and antiinflammatory action of components limits distribution of process and promotes regress of a disease.

Pharmacokinetics. Components of drug are well soaked up in intestines, as in the form of the whole molecule, and bioactive products of their hydrolysis (unsaturated fatty acids, sincaline, glitsirretovy acid) which after absorption through intestines walls easily get into a liver, lungs, skin and other bodies.

Indications to use:

Viral hepatitis (acute and chronic), fatty degeneration of a liver (hepatosis), other damages of a liver (medicinal, alcoholic, toxic), cirrhosis, intoxications, psoriasis, neurodermatitis, eczema.

Route of administration and doses:

Accept inside, during food, washing down with a small amount of liquid.
The adult on 1-2 capsules 3-4 times a day, to children are more senior than 12 years – on 1 capsule 3 times a day.

Side effects:

At the increased individual sensitivity emergence of skin rash which disappears after drug withdrawal is possible.

Seldom, at exceeding of daily doses, can be noted: a delay of sodium and liquid that is shown by peripheral hypostases and increase in arterial pressure, a hypopotassemia. At emergence of the specified symptoms, depending on their expressiveness, it is necessary to reduce a dose of drug and/or to appoint Spironolactonum on 50-100 mg a day.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components, pregnancy, the lactation period, children's age up to 12 years.

Storage conditions:

List B. In the place protected from light, at a temperature not over 25 ˚С.
To store in the place, unavailable to children.

Period of validity - 3 years. Upon termination of a period of validity not to use drug.

Packaging:

Capsules
On 30, 50, 100, 200 or 300 capsules in plastic containers with covers from polyethylene of high pressure or it is sawn through or banks the polymeric, corked by covers with control openings with the moisture absorbing insert.
On 10 capsules in a blister strip packaging from a film of polyvinyl chloride and aluminum foil.
1 container or 2, 3, 5 blister strip packagings together with the application instruction place in a pack from a cardboard.
