PMCS fluconazole

General characteristics. Structure:

Active agent: 100 mg of fluconazole.

Pharmacological properties:

Fluconazole — triazolovy antifungal drug with fungostatichesky effect, specifically igibiruyushchy synthesis of ergosterol in membranes of micromycetes by blocking 14 - alpha деметилазы. Owing to a lack of ergosterol the structure and functions of a cellular membrane of mushrooms is broken.

Indications to use:

PMCS fluconazole of 100 mg is used in therapy of the mycoses caused by the sorts Candida, Cryptococcus namely:

1. The system candidiases, including a kandiyemiya, a kandiduriya disseminated and other invasive candidiases, potentially life-threatening, for example, infections with damage of abdominal organs, defeat of an endocardium, easy, urinary tract;

Route of administration and doses:

The daily dose is defined according to a look and weight of a fungal infection. The daily dose of fluconazole fluctuates in most cases from 50 mg to 400 mg in a duck, in more serious cases it can be raised to 800 mg a day.

Features of use:

Side effects:

Interaction with other medicines:

The concomitant use of erythromycin is not recommended. The drugs influencing fluconazole: Hydrochlorthiazidum, rifampicin. Fluconazole can exert impact on efficiency of the following medicinal substances: alfentanit, amitriptyline, нортриптилин, Amphotericinum In, anticoagulants (warfarin), azithromycin, benzodiazepines (midazolam, to triazoles), carbamazepine, blockers of calcium channels, целекоксиб, cyclosporine, cyclophosphamide, fentanyl, Phenytoinum, галофантрин, GMG-KOA-reduktazy inhibitors (симвастатин, флувастатин, аторвастатин), лозартан, methadone, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, oral contraceptives, Prednisonum, рифабутин, саквинавир, сиролимус, sulphonylurea derivatives, такролимус, theophylline, vinka-alkaloids, vitamin A, a zidovudine.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to fluconazole, use of a terfenadin for the patients who are at the same time accepting fluconazole in doses of 400 mg a day or higher; the substances extending an interval of QT and which are metabolized under the influence of CYP3A4 enzyme – for example, a tsizaprida, an astemizola, Pimozidum, quinine.

Overdose:
