Flax seeds

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 50 g, 75 g of seeds of flax in 1 pack.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The seed of flax contains slime, fat oil, proteic matters, vitamin A, organic acids, a glycoside линамарин and other biologically active agents.

Infusion of seeds of flax possesses the enveloping, antiinflammatory and soft laxative action. The seeds which bulked up in water possess laxative action.

Indications to use:

In complex therapy at inflammatory and cankers of a mucous membrane of digestive tract (a gullet inflammation - an esophagitis; peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum, enteritis, colitis, gastritis). Lock.

Route of administration and doses:

Infusion of seeds of flax and the seeds which bulked up in water apply inside. For infusion preparation: 1,5 teaspoons of whole seeds place in the enameled ware, fill in 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, mix within 15 minutes, filter, wring out the remained raw materials (the seeds which bulked up in water).

For receiving the bulked-up seeds: 1 teaspoon of seeds is filled in with 2 teaspoons of boiled water, mixed, left for 15 minutes to bulk up.

At inflammatory and cankers of a mucous membrane of digestive tract: the received infusion is accepted inside on 1/4 glasses by 3 times a day in 30 minutes prior to food. Course of treatment 2-3 weeks.

At locks: the seeds of flax which bulked up in water accept inside 1-3 teaspoons, washing down with enough water, 2-3 times a day.

Features of use:

Pregnancy and lactation. Use at pregnancy and during breastfeeding is not recommended, due to the lack of sufficient clinical observations.

Use only freshly cooked infusion of seeds of flax and the seeds which bulked up in water!

At preservation of symptoms of a lock against the background of administration of drug within 3 days it is necessary to see a doctor.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions. In rare instances nausea, in the first days of reception - a kashitseobrazny chair.

Interaction with other medicines:

With care with the medicines which are slowing down an intestinal peristaltics (loperamide, opiates).

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug, the dispepsichesky phenomena (diarrhea), acute cystitis, chronic cholecystitis (aggravation), children's age up to 12 years.

Overdose:

Overdose cases were not registered so far.

Storage conditions:

In the dry, protected from light place. Slime of seeds of flax prepares as required, is not subject to storage! To store in the place, unavailable to children. A period of validity - 3 years. Not to apply after a period of validity.
