General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 22 mg of Hepar suis D8, 22 mg of Cyanocobalaminum D4, 22 mg of Duodenum suis D10, 22 mg of Thymus suis D10, 22 mg of Colon suis D10, 22 mg of Vesica fellea suis D10, 22 mg of Pankreas suis D10, 22 mg of Cinchona pubescens D4, 22 mg of Lycopodium clavatum D4, 22 mg of Chelidonium majus D5, 22 mg of Silybum marianum D3, 22 mg of Histaminum D10, 22 mg of Sulfur D13, 22 mg of Avena sativa D6, 22 mg of Natrium diethyloxalaceticum D10, 22 mg of Acidum alpha-ketoglutaricum D10, 22 mg of Acidum DL malicum D10, 22 mg of Acidum fumaricum D10, 22 mg of Calcium carbonicum Hahnemanni D28, 22 mg of Taraxacum officinale D4, 22 mg of Cynara scolymus D6, 22 mg of Veratrum album D4, 22 mg of Acidum alpha-liponicum D8, 22 mg of Acidum oroticum D6 in 2,2 mg of solution.

Excipients: sodium chloride, water for injections.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Drug recovers disintoxication function of a liver, renders the hepatoprotective, cholagogue, regenerating, metabolic, antioxidant action which is based on activation of protective forces of an organism and normalization of the broken functions at the expense of the substances of plant, mineral and animal origin which are a part of drug.

Indications to use:

In complex treatment of dyskinesia of biliary tract, acute and chronic diseases of a liver and biliary tract, disturbances of activity of a liver at various somatopathies, and also owing to long action of various toxic factors.

Route of administration and doses:

Single dose: to adults and children of 6 years − 1 ampoule on 2,2 ml, newborns and children till 1 year − 0,4 ml, from 1 to 3 years − 0,6 ml, from 3 to 6 years − 1 ml. To apply 1-3 times a week in the form of intramuscular, hypodermic, and in case of need – intravenous (jet) injections, and also in acupuncture points or orally. Orally to accept drug, having dissolved a single dose in 5-10 ml of water, solution should be drunk, detaining for several seconds in a mouth.

At treatment of children to gather contents of an ampoule in the insulin syringe, to apply a single age dose in the form of intramuscular and subcutaneous injections or to drip in a mouth, having dissolved in 5 ml of water, to store the remains in the syringe in the dark place at the room temperature and to accept a single age dose orally in the specified time.

Course of treatment: 3-6 weeks.

Features of use:

Use during pregnancy or feeding by a breast. Drug is not used during pregnancy or feeding by a breast in connection with existence in structure of a celandine (Chelidonium) and a false hellebore (Veratrum).

Children. Drug is used to children from the birth.

Features of use. Taking into account features of a course of a disease and a condition of the patient it is possible to change duration of a course of treatment and a route of administration.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or work with other mechanisms. It is unknown.

Side effects:

In isolated cases there can be hypersensitivity reactions, including skin reactions, a small tortoiseshell, a dermahemia, fervescence, concern. In such cases it is necessary to see a doctor.

Interaction with other medicines:

It is unknown. On doctor's orders drug can be combined with other medicines and methods of treatment.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to plants of family of a thistle family, including to a thistle spotty, a dandelion medicinal, an artichoke sowing or to other components of drug.

Overdose:

It was not noted.

Storage conditions:

To store in an external cardboard box at a temperature from-15 to 25 °C. A period of validity - 5 years.
