General characteristics. Structure:

Active agent: the lyophilized culture of lactobacilli of Lactobacillus casei rhamnosus Doderleini of 341 mg * that corresponds to keeping of viable lactobacilli not less 1×108, WHICH

* The excipients added before lyophilizing: potato starch (~ 41% of the mass of lyophilisate), lactoses monohydrate (~ 20.6% of the mass of lyophilisate), sodium glutamate (~ 4.5% of the mass of lyophilisate), Natrium thiosulfuricum (~ 26.8% of the mass of lyophilisate).

Excipients: lactoses monohydrate - 5.59 mg, magnesium stearate - 3.41 mg.

Structure of a cover of the capsule: gelatin - 98 mg.

Pharmacological properties:

Eubiotik for intravaginalny use.
Lactobacillus casei - gram-positive palochkoobrazny anaerobic asporous bacteria. Lactobacillus casei - normal obligate flora of an oral cavity, intestines, vulva and vagina of the person. Lactobacillus casei, along with other species of lactobacilli (including L. acidophilus, L. fermentum, L. cellobiosum), are presented in normal flora of a vulva and woman's vagina.
Colonization of a vagina live sticks of Lactobacillus casei rhamnosus Doderleini creates similar with physiological an environment in a vagina. The strain of Lactobacillus casei rhamnosus Doderleini as a part of drug Laktozhinal has antagonistic activity concerning a wide range pathogenic and opportunistic pathogenic bacteriums (including Staphylococcus spp., Proteus spp., enteropathogenic Escherichia coli), improves local exchange processes and promotes recovery of natural local immunity.
At introduction of the capsule Laktozhinal in a vagina the gelatinous cover of the capsule is dissolved with release of the lyophilized culture of live lactobacilli.
In vitro is shown that Lactobacillus casei rhamnosus Doderleini within several hours after introduction lead to necessary decrease рН, promoting recovery of natural microflora of a vagina.

Indications to use:

— recovery of normal microflora of a vagina after antibacterial therapy of a bacterial vaginosis;
— by preparation for carrying out planned gynecologic operations;
— by prenatal preparation for carrying out planned gynecologic operations;
— by prenatal training of the pregnant women entering into risk group concerning a bacterial vaginosis.

Route of administration and doses:

Route of administration - intravaginalno.

For recovery of normal microflora of a vagina after antibacterial therapy of a bacterial vaginosis: on 1 capsule in the morning and in the evening within 7 days or on 1 capsule daily within 14 days.

By preparation for carrying out planned gynecologic operations; by prenatal training of pregnant women for carrying out planned gynecologic operations; by prenatal training of the pregnant women entering into risk group concerning a bacterial vaginosis: on 1 capsule in the morning and in the evening within 7 days or on 1 capsule daily within 14 days - as a part of complex therapy.

The capsule should be entered into a vagina, having moistened it in a small amount of water for drug dissolution acceleration.
The mode of dosing should be adjusted depending on expressiveness of clinical effect.

Features of use:

After introduction the capsule is dissolved, without leaving spots on linen or a smell.
Use of drug can be combined with co-administration of antibacterial, antiviral and immunomodulatory drugs.
Use of drug together with spermicidal means is not recommended.
Drug is intended for use for women 18 years are more senior.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions: an itch, burning, reddening in the field of generative organs.
Others: strengthening of mucous allocations from a vagina.

Interaction with other medicines:

Perhaps simultaneous use of antibacterial and antiviral drugs.
Clinically significant cases of interaction are not registered.

Contraindications:

— vulvovaginal candidiasis ("milkwoman");
