Klimadinon Uno

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 6,5 mg of a tsimitsifuga clustery extract rhizomes native dry (4,5-8,5: 1, extragent - ethanol of 60% in the volume relation).

Excipients. Tablet kernel: cellulose, silicon dioxide colloid, lactoses monohydrate, magnesium stearate, starch corn, hydrophosphate calcium dihydrate, sodium carboxymethylstarch.

Tablet cover: lactoses monohydrate, gipromelloz, macrogoal-4000, titanium dioxide, dye ferrous oxide red, dye ferrous oxide yellow.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Климадинон® Uno has estrogenopodobny effect, shows sedative properties, makes positive therapeutic impact on the autonomic nervous system. Use of drug promotes easing or total disappearance of symptoms of an indisposition in a climacteric.

The therapeutic effect of Klimadinona® of Uno occurs gradually and is shown approximately in 2 weeks of treatment.

Indications to use:

Vegeto-vascular and mental disorders in pre-, meno-and a postmenopause ("inflows", the increased perspiration, a sleep disorder, a hyperexcitability, changes of mood, apathy, etc.).

Route of administration and doses:

Климадинона® Uno is accepted inside on 1 tablet of 1 times a day together with a small amount of liquid and, whenever possible, at the same time days (in the morning or in the evening). Without consultation of the doctor it is not necessary to accept drug more than 3 months.

Features of use:

Drug can be appointed a sick diabetes mellitus as a bottom the tablet, film coated, contains 0,01 considered "grain units" (GU).

At disturbance or resuming of periods, and also at the long or other again arising complaints it is necessary to see a doctor as can there be a speech about the diseases demanding medical consultation.

Without recommendation of the doctor it is not necessary to apply along with the estogen-containing drugs. At emergence of the symptoms assuming damage of a liver (for example, fatigue, appetite loss, yellowing of skin and eyes, severe pain in an upper part of a stomach with nausea and vomiting, dark urine) it is necessary to stop administration of drug and to see a doctor.

To the patients who passed or undergoing treatment hormone - dependent tumors (in particular, a mammary gland), it is not necessary to use drug without consultation with the doctor.

Influence on ability of control of vehicles and mechanisms. At use in the recommended doses drug does not exert impact on ability to manage vehicles and to work with mechanisms.

Use at pregnancy and during breastfeeding. It is not necessary to apply during pregnancy and feeding by a breast.

Side effects:

Temporary stomach aches, allergic reactions to drug components are in rare instances possible. The drugs containing a tsimitsifuga have single messages on toxic influence on a liver. At emergence of the described above or other side reactions it is necessary to cancel administration of drug and to see a doctor.

Interaction with other medicines:

Interactions with other medicines are unknown now.

Contraindications:

Individual hypersensitivity to drug components, a lactose intolerance, deficit of lactase, glyukozo-galaktozny malabsorption (because of the content in lactose drug).

With care: abnormal liver function. The patients who transferred before a liver disease before administration of drug have to consult with the doctor.

Overdose:

In case of overdose of Klimadinona® of Uno of the complaint to the stomach aches specified in the section "Side effects" can be more expressed. In this case it is necessary to stop administration of drug and to see a doctor.

Storage conditions:

To store in the dry, protected from light place, at a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. Period of validity 4 years. Not to use after the period of validity specified on packaging.

Tablets are film coated. On 15 tablets in the blister from aluminum foil (the lower party) and films from PVH/PE/PVDH (the upper party). On 2, 4, 6 blisters place in a folding cardboard box together with the application instruction.
