General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 10 g of liquid extract of onions (0,16 = 1) (Ext.Cepae), 0,04 g of heparin sodium (5000 ME), 1 of of cordianine.

Excipients: methylparaben, sorbic acid, pitch xanthane, polyethyleneglycol 200, fragrance, the water purified.

Anticicatricial drug.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The combined drug which effect is caused by the properties which are its part of components. There is fibrinolitic antiinflammatory (due to onions extract presence), antitrombichesky (due to heparin presence), and a keratolytic action (due to cordianine presence). Stimulates cellular regeneration without hyperplasia. Inhibits proliferation of colloid fibroblasts.

Pharmacokinetics. In an experiment it was shown that heparin during 4 h in clinically enough gets into connecting fabric of a derma. Deep penetration is provided with a heparin combination with extract of bulbs of Seraye and cordianine. Absorption, distribution, metabolism, removal: when using drug of Kontraktubeks system absorption is not observed.

Indications to use:

■ Hypertrophic and the keloid cicatrixes arising after surgeries, amputations, burns and injuries;
■ Ankiloza of joints;
■ Palmar fibromatosis;
■ Traumatic tendinous konraktura;
■ Extensions after pregnancy
■ Atrophic hems
■ Prevention of formation of pathological hems in the postoperative period or after an injury.

Route of administration and doses:

Use for children, pregnant women, and also in the period of a lactation is possible.

Drug consumption in one use on average 0,5 cm of gel on a cicatricial surface of 20-25 cm ². To apply 2–3 times a day, slightly rubbing in cicatricial fabric. The course of treatment at fresh hems averages 4 weeks.

At old dense hems for the night apply an occlusive bandage with gel. The course of treatment averages 3–6 months. At a palmar fibromatosis the course of treatment sostavlt on average 12 months. For prevention use a phase after wound epithelization.

Features of use:

For strengthening of effect of drug to apply on the preliminary steamed-out skin. Its use in combination with physiotherapeutic actions is possible.

At treatment of fresh hems it is necessary to avoid the ultraviolet radiation, impact of cold and intensive massage.

Side effects:

Seldom: local skin reactions.

Interaction with other medicines:

Due to the lack of system absorption of drug its use in combination with other drugs is possible.

Existence of two types of packagings of 20 g and 50 g allows the patients having a small hem, or for the first time using drug to buy a tuba of 20 g.

Meeting requirements of patients with a big area of damage of skin (at HEMS after burns, extensive injuries, etc.), and also it is long using drug, KONTRAKTUBEKS of 50 g is specially developed.

Need of prolonged use of drug is caused by the slow recovery of physiological processes in the skin demanding several months, and the structure on the basis of high-quality natural components allows to apply KONTRAKTUBEKS so much time how many it is necessary.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components. Effect of drug during pregnancy and the period of a lactation was not studied.

Overdose:

It is not described.

Storage conditions:

To store at a temperature not over 25 ºС in the places unavailable to children. A period of validity - 4 years. It is not necessary to use drug after the termination of the period of validity specified on packaging.

Gel for external use on 20 or 50 mg. in a tuba aluminum. The tuba together with the application instruction is placed in a cardboard pack.
