General characteristics. Structure:

Аллостатин® 1 peptide (the term "Аллостатин® 1" is the patented name of peptide "Alloferon-3) and the auxiliary ingredients which are widely used as components dermatological and cosmetics are a part of Allomedina®: water, карбопол, cordianine, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, sodium hydroxide.

Description. Алломедин® is issued in the form of gel (3 g and 10 g) without color, a specific smell, it is easily applied on the struck places, without leaving marks on skin and clothes.

Pharmacological properties:

Алломедин® - the innovative dermatological means containing synthetic Аллостатин® 1 peptide which is intended for protection of skin and mucous from the viruses causing inflammatory processes and new growths of epithelial fabrics.

Allostatina – the new group of anti-virus drugs developed on the basis of natural peptides of alloferon (Federal operating instructions of medicines, release of V, Moscow, 2004, section 20.1.2.2.3.2).

Аллостатин® 1 keeps all properties of natural alloferon and at the same time has a number of advantages which do its use especially perspective in dermatology and cosmetology. Getting into epithelium fabric, Аллостатин® 1 activates recognition by immunocompetent cells patholologically of the changed cells of skin and starts the cascade of the defense reactions directed to suppression of replication and spread of a virus. At the same time Аллостатин® 1 has no the damaging effect on surrounding normal cells. Eliminating a source of an infection and stimulating the subsequent regeneration of an epithelium, Аллостатин® 1 provides bystry recovery of a normality of skin.

Indications to use:

Алломедин® optimum looks after skin at emergence of the first symptoms of herpes and recovers its natural look. At the same time unpleasant subjective feelings (burning, an itch, hypostasis) quickly are eliminated and development of herpetic rashes can stop. If the period of the first symptoms of an aggravation is passed, for a complete recovery several days can be required.

Route of administration and doses:

Алломедин® it is applied on the damaged sites of skin and mucous where it is quickly absorbed and has the local protective and regenerating effect. Duration of use of gel depends on the nature of damages. At insignificant herpetic rashes in a face enough 1-3 times during the day for 1-2 days usually happen to apply gel. At more crushing herpesviridae defeats it is necessary to apply gel 1-3 times a day for 5-7 days.

At a human papillomavirus infection gel is recommended to apply 1-2 times a day, duration of use is determined by the doctor (positive effect – elimination of a virus from a new growth is confirmed laboratory - PTsR).

Contraindications:

So far any undesirable side effects of use of Allomedina® are not described. It does not exclude a possibility of individual intolerance of components of gel certain people. In such cases its use is contraindicated.

Storage conditions:

Allomedin® gel in the unimpaired original packing can be stored from the moment of production in the dry place at a temperature from +2 ° up to +8 °C (the usual mode of the household refrigerator).
