Cardiolean

General characteristics. Structure:

Active agents: 1 ml of drops contains aqueous-alcoholic extract from medicinal plants: biologically active agents of a grass of the adonis of spring 20 mg, fruits of a juniper of ordinary 30 mg, flowers of arnica of mountain 20 mg, leaves of a peppermint of 10 mg.

Excipients: alcohol – not less than 35%.

Pharmacological properties:

The combination of biologically active agents of drug Kardiolin possesses cardiotyre-tread and antioxidant action. Thanks to soft sedative action, can reduce manifestations of diencephalic disturbances, improve the general condition of patients, portability of exercise stresses, to promote increase in working capacity.

Indications to use:

The cardiolean is appointed the adult at treatment of neurocircular dystonia, heart neurosises, in complex treatment of coronary heart disease (an angina of exertion І – ІІ FC).

Route of administration and doses:

The cardiolean is applied by adults inside, on 20 – 30 drops 2 – 3 times a day, in 30 minutes prior to or in 1 hour after food. Drug can be dissolved with water in the ratio 1:3 or 1:5. Duration of a course of treatment opredelyaetsyavrachy individually also averages 20 – 30 days.

Features of use:

It is undesirable to use drug with cardiac glycosides as Kardiolin contains a grass of the adonis and toxicity manifestation is possible. During administration of drug it is necessary to be careful (or to exclude absolutely) during the driving of the car and occupations which demand high concentration of attention. During treatment it is not necessary to take alcoholic drinks. There is no experience of use for children.

Side effects:

Drug can cause hypersensitivity manifestations (allergy) in the form of rashes and dispepsichesky frustration. In case of any insignificant side reactions consult to your doctor.

Interaction with other medicines:

If you accept any other remedies, surely report about it to your doctor. As drug contains alcohol of ethyl 40% and the adonis's grass, potentiation of effect of somnolent drugs, tranquilizers, neuroleptics is possible, and also drug can strengthen cardiotonic effect and toxicity of cardiac glycosides.

Contraindications:

Depression, alcoholism in the anamnesis, simultaneous use of drugs which contain alcohol, a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum, cirrhosis, pregnancy and the period of a lactation, reception of neuroleptics, tranquilizers, somnolent, children's age, hypersensitivity (allergy) to drug components.

Overdose:

At considerable exceeding of a dose drowsiness, dispeptic frustration, hypersensitivity manifestations which demand the termination of administration of drug and the address to the doctor are possible. Therapy is symptomatic.

Storage conditions:

In protected from light and the place, unavailable to children, at a temperature of 15 - 25 ºС. In the course of storage existence of a deposit is allowed, before use the bottle should be stirred up.
