General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients. From 29 g of aqueous-alcoholic extract from medicinal vegetable raw materials: 0,6 g of a centaury of a grass, 0,6 g of a lyubistok medicinal roots, 0,6 g of rosemary of leaves.

Excipients: the water purified.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. The combined drug of a plant origin, renders diuretic, spasmolytic, antiinflammatory, antimicrobic action.

Indications to use:

Drug is used in complex therapy at treatment of persistent infections of a bladder (cystitis) and kidneys (pyelonephritis), at noninfectious chronic inflammations of kidneys (a glomerulonephritis, intersticial nephrite), as the means interfering formation of urinary stones (also after removal of urinary stones).

Route of administration and doses:

Inside, having parted in a small amount of water or washing down with water. Adult: on 50 drops 3 times a day. To children of school age: on 25 drops 3 times a day. To children of preschool age (1 years are more senior): on 15 drops 3 times a day.

After easing of sharpness of a disease it is necessary to continue treatment by drug within 2-4 weeks.

If necessary, for example, to soften bitter taste for children, drug can be accepted together with other liquids. During treatment drug recommends consumption of a large amount of liquid. Before use to shake up!

Features of use:

At the hypostases caused by dysfunctions of heart or kidneys, consumption of a large amount of liquid is contraindicated.

At an impaired renal function it is not necessary to appoint drug as monotherapy. In case of an inflammatory disease of kidneys it is necessary to see a doctor behind consultation.

In case of availability of blood in urine, urodynias or at an acute ischuria it is necessary to see a doctor urgently. In the course of storage perhaps easy opacification or loss of an insignificant deposit that does not influence efficiency of drug.

Influence on ability of control of vehicles and mechanisms. Content in drug of alcohol makes from 16,0 to 19,5% (in the volume relation). During treatment by drug it is necessary to be careful at control of vehicles and occupation other potentially dangerous types of activity demanding the increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.

Use at pregnancy and during breastfeeding. Use of drug during pregnancy and during breastfeeding is possible only on doctor's orders if the estimated advantage for mother exceeds potential risk for a fruit and the child.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible. Dispepsichesky frustration (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea) are possible. At the first signs of allergic reaction it is necessary to stop administration of drug.

Interaction with other medicines:

The combination with antibacterial agents is possible and reasonable. Interactions with other medicines are at the moment unknown.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components, children's age (till 1 year). A peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum in an aggravation stage. Alcoholism (including after antialcoholic treatment).

With care: liver diseases, a craniocereberal injury, brain diseases, children's age (1 years are more senior) (use is possible only after consultation with the doctor) - in connection with the ethanol content.

Overdose:

Currently data on overdose and intoxication are absent. In case of overdose of drug the symptomatic treatment is appointed.

Storage conditions:

To store in the dry, protected from light place, at a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. Period of validity 3 years. Not to apply after a period of validity.
