General characteristics. Structure:

Solkoseril gel and Solkoseril ointment is contained:
Active component:
Solkoseril (deproteined dialyzate from blood of milk calfs),
in terms of dry matter of 4,15 mg/g and 2,07 mg/g respectively
Excipients:
Solkoseril gel - methylparahydroxybenzoate, пропилпарагидроксибензоат, a karmelloza of sodium, propylene glycol, calcium a lactate pentahydrate, water for injections.
Solkoseril ointment - methylparahydroxybenzoate, пропилпарагидроксибензоат, cetyl alcohol, cholesterol, white vaseline, water for injections.

Description
Solkoseril gel
Homogeneous almost colourless transparent gel of a dense consistence.
Characteristic light smell of Solkoseril (smell of a beef-infusion broth).
Solkoseril ointment
Homogeneous, fat mass from color, white to white with a yellowish shade.
Characteristic light smell of Solkoseril (smell of a beef-infusion broth) and vaseline.




Pharmacological properties:

Solkoseril represents the deproteined haemo dialyzate containing a wide range of low-molecular components of cellular weight and blood serum of milk calfs with a molecular weight of 5000D (glycoproteins, nucleosides and nucleotides, oligopeptida, amino acids).
It is established that SOLKOSERIL has the following properties:
• improves transport of oxygen and glucose to the cells which are in hypoxia conditions;
• increases synthesis of intracellular ATP and promotes increase in a share of aerobic glycolysis and oxidizing phosphorylation;
• activates reparative and regenerative processes in fabrics;
• stimulates proliferation of fibroblasts and synthesis of collagen of a wall of vessels.

Solkoseril does not contain gel in quality of auxiliary components of fats thanks to what it is easily washed away. Promotes formation of granulyatsionny fabric and elimination of exudate.
From the moment of emergence of fresh granulations and drying of a wound Solkoseril is recommended to apply the ointment containing fats in quality of auxiliary components and forming a protective film on a wound surface.


Indications to use:

Solkoseril gel/ointment are applied in the following cases:

- insignificant damages (grazes, scratches, cuts)

- burns 1 and 2 degrees (sunblisters, thermal burns)

- frostbites

- difficult healing wounds (including trophic ulcers and decubituses).

Solkoseril is applied to treatment of trophic defeats of fabrics of various origin only after removal from a wound of nekrotizirovanny fabrics.
Solkoseril gel is applied in an initial stage of treatment and ulcers with the phenomena the moknutiya is applied on fresh wounds, wounds with wet separated or.

Route of administration and doses:

Features of use:

- Solkoseril it is not necessary to apply on the contaminated wound as he does not contain antimicrobial components in the structure;
- Solkoseril's use, as well as all other medicines, is undesirable during pregnancy and a lactation and it is possible only at emergency and under control of the doctor;

Side effects:

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to one of drug components.
