General characteristics. Structure:

Atsetilglutaminovy acid (acid N - acetyl - L-glutaminic) 13,6 g, a deanola (2 (dimethylamines) of ethanol) of 6,4 g, methylparahydroxybenzoate of 33 mg, a propilparagidroksibenzoat of 16,7 mg, a ksilitol (xylitol) of 1,0 g, the water purified to 100 ml.
Description: liquid with a pinkish or yellowish shade with an ispetsifichesky smell.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Нооклерин® – nootropic drug, on chemical structure is close to natural metabolites of a brain (GAMK, glutaminic acid). Has neurotyre-tread effect, promotes improvement of memory and process of training, exerts positive impact at asthenic and adynamic frustration, increasing motor and mental performance of patients. When using drug ability to concentration of attention improves. Нооклерин® exerts positive impact at neurotic states at the persons of advanced and senile age which developed against the background of organic insufficiency of a brain at
alcoholic abstinence syndrome.

Pharmacokinetics. In 0,5-1 hour after oral administration it is found in the maximum concentration in a brain, in smaller quantities in a liver, heart, lungs, a blood plasma, in kidneys. Elimination half-life 24 hours. It is removed by kidneys.

Indications to use:

At adults:
• vascular diseases of a brain (distsirkulyatorny encephalopathy and postinsultny frustration);
• the reconvalescence period after the postponed craniocereberal injuries;
• asthenic and astheno-depressive frustration, psychoorganic syndrome;
• stopping (in complex therapy) an alcoholic abstinence syndrome;
• use as the means improving processes of memory and attention (intellectual мнестические functions).
Children have 10 years and are more senior:
• boundary psychological disorders of asthenic and neurotic character, including effects of a craniocereberal injury;
• complex treatment of mental retardation.

Route of administration and doses:

One teaspoon of solution (5 ml) corresponds to 1 g of active agent. The adult drug is appointed inside on 1 teaspoon by 2-3 times a day, the last reception no later than 4 hours to a dream. The maximum single dose – 2 g (2 teaspoons), in special cases increase in a dose on doctor's orders is possible (the maximum daily dose of 10 g (10 teaspoons)). The medical daily dose at children of 10-12 years has to make 0,5-1,0 g (1/2-1 teaspoon) of Nooklerina®, at children 12 years – 1-2 g (1-2 teaspoons) are more senior. Duration of a course of treatment is 1,5-2 months 2-3 times a year.

Side effects:

Contraindications:

The increased individual sensitivity to drug, infectious diseases of TsNS, feverish and psychotic states, diseases of system of blood, the expressed abnormal liver functions, kidneys, pregnancy and the period of a lactation, age up to 10 years.

Overdose:

At overdose there is strengthening of symptoms of side effect. First aid – a gastric lavage, reception of absorbent carbon. If necessary – symptomatic therapy.

Storage conditions:

Period of validity 3 years. After opening of a bottle drug is stored within 1 month. Not to use after the termination of a period of validity. List B.
