General characteristics. Structure:
Active agent: 50% solution of malate of citrulline - 2 g
Excipients: fragrance from natural orange sangria; strong solution of a hydroxide of sodium; the distilled water.
Pharmacological properties:
The drug used at asthenic states. Has all-tonic effect, and also promotes a liver detoxication.
Citrulline — the amino acid participating in the cycle of neutralization of the ammonia which is formed as a result of disintegration of nitrogen-containing connections proceeding in a liver. In a liver urea is formed of ammonia. Citrulline is built in an urea cycle, increases removal of ions of ammonium.
Malate is involved in a tricarbonic acid cycle and a gluconeogenesis, reduces concentration of a lactate in blood, contributes to normalization of a metabolism, activates nonspecific protective factors of an organism.

Pharmacokinetics. Absorption. After intake drug is quickly soaked up from a GIT. Cmax in a blood plasma is reached on average in 50 min. It is quickly brought out of plasma. In 6 h concentration in plasma is close to physiological.
Metabolism and removal
Since active component joins in processes of cellular metabolism, only its small amounts are found in urine.
Indications to use:
STIMOL is applied at a symptomatic treatment of a functional adynamy, an asthenic syndrome, overfatigue, the increased fatigue, during recovery after the postponed diseases. As as a part of STIMOLA there is no sugar, it can be accepted a sick diabetes mellitus.
Route of administration and doses:
Adults and elderly people: contents of 3 bags or 3 ampoules in day.
Children since 5 years: contents of 2 bags or 2 ampoules in day.
STIMOL should be accepted during food, mixing with water or the sweetened drink. Course of administration of drug of 10-12 days. Repeated courses are possible after a break (1-3 months) or according to the recommendation of the doctor.
Features of use:
Each bag or ampoule contains about 30 mg of sodium. It should be taken into account to the patients who are on an electrolyte-deficient diet. In case of doubts consult to the attending physician.
Side effects:
In certain cases in an initiation of treatment there can be passing pains in a stomach. Report to the doctor about the undesirable reactions which are not mentioned in this instruction if they arise at reception of this drug.
