General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 30 mg of Atropa bella-donna D4, 60 mg of Bryonia D4, 30 mg of Cephaelis ipecacuanha D4, 60 mg of Hyoscyamus niger D4, 30 mg of Kalium stibyltartaricum D4, 30 mg of Kreosotum D5, 30 mg of Lobaria pulmonaria D4, 30 mg of Lobelia inflata D4 – 30 mg.

Excipients: magnesium stearate, lactose monohydrate.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Drug renders antiinflammatory, expectorant, broncholitic, antibechic and immunomodulatory action which is based on activation of protective forces of an organism and normalization of the broken functions at the expense of substances of a plant and mineral origin which are a part of drug.

Indications to use:

Acute, chronic inflammatory and obstructive respiratory diseases, bronchitis, tracheitis, cough of the smoker, bronchial asthma, pleurisy.

Route of administration and doses:

Single dose: to adults and children 6 years – 1 tablet under language (to a full rassasyvaniye), to children aged from 3 up to 6 years are more senior – to pound 1 tablet in powder and, carefully mixing, to dissolve in 20 ml (4 teaspoons) of boiled water of room temperature and to accept a single dose: 2 teaspoons (to store the remains of solution in the place protected from light at the room temperature no more days).

To accept 3 times a day in 15-20 minutes prior to food or in an hour after food.

In case of the acute beginning of a disease to accept a single dose each 15 minutes within the first 2 hours. A course of treatment – 2-4 weeks.

The doctor can reduce reception frequency to 1-2 times a day and as required repeat a course of treatment in 2-3 weeks.

Features of use:

Drug contains lactose therefore to patients with rare hereditary forms of intolerance of a galactose, insufficiency of lactase or a syndrome of glyukozo-galaktozny malabsorption it is impossible to use drug.

Period of pregnancy and feeding by a breast. Cases of a negative impact are unknown.

Influence on ability to manage motor transport or other mechanisms. It is unknown.

Children. Drug is used for treatment of children 3 years are more senior.

Side effects:

In isolated cases there can be allergic reactions owing to individual sensitivity to drug components.

Interaction with other medicines:

Storage conditions:

Period of validity - 5 years. To store in original packaging at a temperature up to 25 °C. To close a container with tablets immediately after use, to protect from moisture and heating.
