General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 8,6 g of sodium of chloride, 0,3 g of potassium of chloride, 0,25 g of Calcii chloridum (in terms of anhydrous).

Excipients: water for injections.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Regidratiruyushchy means, has disintoxication effect, stabilizes water and electrolytic composition of blood. When using as means of completion of volume of the circulating blood, because of a bystry exit from a circulatory bed in ekstravazalny space, effect remains within only 30-40 min. (in this connection solution is suitable only for short-term completion of volume of the circulating blood).

Indications to use:

Shock, thermal injury, acute blood loss; dehydration; intestinal fistula; acute intestinal infections; medical plasma exchange; correction of water and salt balance at acute diffuse peritonitis and intestinal impassability.

Route of administration and doses:

Intravenously kapelno, with a speed of 60-80 кап. / mines, or struyno. The daily dose for adult 5-20 ml/kg, if necessary can be increased to 30-50 ml/kg.

Daily dose for children of 5-10 ml/kg, rate of administering of 30-60 caps/min., at shock dehydration 20-30 ml/kg originally enter. Course of treatment of 3-5 days.

At a medical plasma exchange enter in the volume twice exceeding the volume of remote plasma (1,2-2,4 l) in case of the expressed hypovolemia — in combination with colloidal solutions.

Features of use:

In case of bystry introduction of large volume it is necessary to control an acid-base condition and level of electrolytes. Change рН leads blood to redistribution of K+ (decrease рН leads to increase in K+ in blood serum).

Freezing of drug on condition of preservation of tightness of a container is not a contraindication to drug use. At opacification not to use contents of a container.

Side effects:

Overhydratation, hypopotassemia.

Interaction with other medicines:

At a combination with other drugs it is necessary to control compatibility visually.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, hypernatremia, hyperchloremia, acidosis, heavy heart failure, wet brain, fluid lungs, chronic renal failure, the accompanying therapy by glucocorticosteroids.

Storage conditions:

List B. To store in the place, dry, unavailable to children, at a temperature not above +25 °C. Freezing of solution at transportation is allowed. A period of validity - 3 years. Not to use after the period of validity specified on packaging.

Solution for infusions on 100, 200, 250, 400, 500 or 1000 ml in containers polymeric for infusion solutions of single use from PVC or the polyolefin film, in packages for intravenous infusions on 250, 500 or 1000 ml.
