General characteristics. Structure:

Acting substances: 1 capsule contains: dry aqueous-alcoholic extract of a valerian (Valeriana officinalis) — 100 mg; dry aqueous-alcoholic extract of a passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) — 25 mg; dry aqueous-alcoholic extract of leaves and flowers of a hawthorn (Crataegus pinnatifida) — 25 mg.

Excipients: magnesium carbonate (E504i), silicon dioxide colloid, magnesium stearate (E470), cellulose microcrystallic (E460), lactose.
Capsule cover: titanium dioxide (E171), gelatin.

Pharmacological properties:

Extract of a passionflower contains alkaloids and a flavonoid - витексин, possesses soft soothing action on the central nervous system, promotes recovery of a dream, reduces concern and nervousness, possesses spasmolytic action on unstriated muscles, improves cardiac performance, has sedative effect.

Extract of a hawthorn contains flavonoids, sincaline, acetylcholine, tannins, phytosterols, etc. Thanks to existence of triterpenovy connections and flavonoids has spasmolytic effect, selectively expanding vessels of heart and brain, hypotensive action, contributes to normalization of venous pressure, improves functions of vascular walls. Possesses soft sedative action.

Extract of a valerian contains essential oil which main component is ester of baras camphor and isovaleric acid, and also valerianic acid and baras camphor, alkaloids (валерин and хатинин). Possesses sedative action, facilitates approach of a natural dream, reduces the tension and irritability characteristic of mental overfatigue and a neurasthenia. Has spasmolytic effect, increases secretory activity mucous a GIT, expands coronary vessels, has weak hypotensive effect.

Indications to use:

It is recommended as dietary supplement to food as a source of alkaloids, flavonoids, triterpenovy connections, valerian and isovalerianic acids and other biologically active agents.

Route of administration and doses:

To use 1-2 capsules 3 times a day.
