General characteristics. Structure:

Acting substance: 100 ml of solution contain: 70 mg of Crataegus D0, 1 mg of Spigelia anthelmia D2, 1 mg of Kalium carbonicum D3.

Excipients: ethanol of 96%, the water purified. Drug contains 45% about. ethanol of 96%. 1 ml of drug contains 21 drops.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Drug renders sedative, spasmolytic, metabolic and cardiotonic action which is based on activation of protective forces of an organism and normalization of its functions at the expense of the substances of a plant and mineral origin which are a part of drug

Indications to use:

As a part of complex therapy of vegetative disturbances, coronary heart disease, arterial hypertension.

Route of administration and doses:

Single dose: to adults and children 12 years − on 10 drops 3 times a day in 15-20 minutes prior to food or in 1 hour after food are more senior. To dissolve drops in 10 ml of water and to drink, detaining for several seconds in a mouth. In acute cases to accept a single dose (10 drops) each 15 minutes within the first 2 hours.

The course of treatment is defined by the doctor individually, but usually the course makes 4-6 weeks.

The doctor can reduce reception frequency to 1-2 times a day and to appoint a repeated course of treatment in 2-3 weeks.

Side effects:

Contraindications:

Drug is contraindicated at the individual sensitivity to any component of drug expressed to arterial hypotension and bradycardia.

Overdose:

At considerable exceeding of a dose emergence of drowsiness, bradycardia, a lowering of arterial pressure is possible that demands the termination of administration of drug and performing symptomatic therapy.
