Bronkhipret TP

General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredients: 60 mg of dry extract of a root of a primrose (6,0-7,0:1) (extragent: ethanol of 47,4% in the volume relation), dry extract of a thyme (5,9-10,0:1) (extragent: ethanol of 70% in the volume relation).

Excipients: 50 mg of lactose monohydrate, 34 mg of a dextrose syrup, 5 mg weed (1-vinyl-2-пирролидон), 10 mg weed (1-vinyl-2-пирролидон) with communication through an open ring, 21 mg of silicon dioxide of colloid, 54 mg cellulose of microcrystallic, 2 mg of magnesium stearate, 4 mg of talc.

Structure of a cover film: titanium dioxide, talc, chlorophyll powder, Riboflavinum, propylene glycol, gipromelloza, methylmethacrylate and ethyl acrylate copolymer 2:1, 800 000, диметикон, mint fragrance, sodium saccharinate.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Drug renders expectorant, antiinflammatory, sekretolitichesky, broncholitic action, promotes decrease in viscosity of a phlegm and acceleration of its evacuation.

Indications to use:

As an expectorant at treatment of the acute and chronic inflammatory respiratory diseases which are followed by cough and formation of a phlegm (tracheitis, a tracheobronchitis, bronchitis).

Route of administration and doses:

Inside, to adults and children 12 years on 1 tablet 3 times a day to food are more senior. Tablets should be swallowed, without chewing, washing down with a small amount of water. On average a course of treatment - 10-14 days. Increase in duration and carrying out repeated courses of treatment is possible according to the recommendation of the doctor.

Features of use:

If at use of drug within 7 days symptoms of a disease remain or the condition of the patient worsens, it is necessary to see consultation a doctor.

Drug can be appointed a sick diabetes mellitus as one tablet, film coated, contains less than 0,03 considered "grain units".

Influence on ability of control of vehicles and mechanisms. At use in the recommended doses drug does not exert impact on ability to manage vehicles and mechanisms.

Use at pregnancy and during breastfeeding. It is not necessary to apply during pregnancy and feeding by a breast.

Side effects:

The allergic reactions caused by hypersensitivity to drug components, for example short wind, skin rashes, urticaria, face edemas, an oral cavity and/or a throat. In case of the first signs of allergic reaction it is necessary to stop administration of drug and to see behind consultation a doctor.

From digestive tract: in rare instances nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, spastic pains.

Interaction with other medicines:

The tablets Bronkhipret® TP should not be applied along with antibechic drugs, and also with the medicines reducing formation of a phlegm as it complicates expectoration of the liquefied phlegm.

The combination with antibacterial medicines is possible.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to drug components (including to a primrose and a thyme, and also to other plants of a sort a primrose and/or families a mint family); digestive tract diseases (in an aggravation stage); a lactose intolerance, deficit of lactase, glyukozo-galaktozny malabsorption (because of the content in drug of lactose of monohydrate and a dextrose of syrup), children's age up to 12 years due to the lack of clinical data.

Overdose:

At overdose pains in a stomach, vomiting, diarrhea are possible. In case of overdose it is necessary to carry out a symptomatic treatment.

Storage conditions:

In the dry, protected from light place, at a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in unavailable to children in the place. Period of validity 3 years. Not to use after the period of validity specified on packaging.

Packaging:

Tablets are film coated. On 20 or 25 tablets in the blister from aluminum foil (lower part) and polyvinylchloride / a polyvinylidene chloride film (an upper part). On 1 (on 20 tablets), 2 (on 25 tablets), 4 (on 25 tablets) or 5 (on 20 tablets) blisters together with the application instruction place in a folding cardboard box.
