Doctor Tayss eucalyptus

General characteristics. Structure:

Ointment for external use and inhalations of 100 g
- camphor of racemic 5 g
- oil of pine needles of 7.5 g
- oil eucalyptus 7.5 g

Pharmacological properties:

The combined drug of a plant origin, renders antiinflammatory, local irritative, expectorant, antiseptic, broncholitic and antibechic action.

Irritating receptors of mucous membranes and skin, promotes release of the enkephalins, endorphines and other peptides regulating painful sensitivity and permeability of vessels. Stimulates a ciliate epithelium of mucous membranes, strengthens secretion of a mucous membrane of bronchial tubes, promotes fluidifying and bystry removal of a phlegm from respiratory tracts.

It is active concerning gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms (including golden staphylococcus and mycobacteria of tuberculosis).

Indications to use:

The infectious and inflammatory diseases of upper and lower respiratory tracts which are followed by formation of the hardly separated secret:

— pharyngitis;

— laryngitis;

— tracheitis;

— bronchitis.

Route of administration and doses:

Outwardly, grease skin of a breast and a back of 3-5 times and for the night, cover the greased place with a scarf (woolen or flannel) and keep in the warm.

It is inhalation, in 0.5-1 l of hot water (but not boiled water) dissolve 10 ml and, having covered the head with a towel, inhale evaporations within 5-10 min. Indoors, where there is a sick child up to 5 years (including chest), it is recommended to hold open capacity with solution.

Features of use:

It is necessary to avoid drawing on a face and mucous membranes.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions.

— hypersensitivity.

At a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children. Period of validity of the drug Doctor Tayss Evkalipt 3 years.
