General characteristics. Structure:

Lincas Laure's pastils round, ploskotsilindrichesky, with the rounded-off facet, from light brown till brown color, with a mint smell, with insignificant roughnesses on a surface; in caramel weight inclusions of small air bubbles are allowed.

Active ingredients: contains in 1 pastil:

- dry extract of leaves of an adkhatoda of vascular 30 mg
- dry extract of roots of a glycyrrhiza of naked 7 mg
- dry extract of fruits and roots of pepper of long 6 mg
- dry extract of flowers of a violet of fragrant 2 mg
- dry extract of leaves of a hyssop of medicinal 3 mg
- dry extract of roots and rhizomes of an alpiniya of a galang of 3 mg

Excipients: menthol, sugar, dextrose liquid, oil eucalyptus, peppermint oil, talc, lubricant (hard paraffin, yellow beeswax, lanolin, paraffin white soft, liquid paraffin).

The combined vegetable drug. Renders the antibechic, expectorant, mucolytic, bactericidal action caused by effects of the components which are a part of drug.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Adkhatoda of a vasik has febrifugal, expectorant and spasmolytic effect.

The root of a glycyrrhiza smooth contains glycyrrhizin and foam-forming substances - saponins which promote increase in secretory function of an epithelium of respiratory tracts, change of surface-active properties of pulmonary surfactant, stimulate the movement of cilia of an epithelium, liquefy a phlegm and facilitate its otkhozhdeniye. Exerts the oppressing impact on an exudative and proliferative phase of an inflammation. Has antiallergic properties.

Pepper long has antibacterial, antiallergic properties. Has antibechic and all-tonic effect.

The violet fragrant renders the antiinflammatory, analgeziruyushchy, calming, antimicrobic and spasmolytic action.

The hyssop ordinary contains diosmin which renders antiseptic, antiinflammatory, analgeziruyushchy and antibechic action.

Pharmacokinetics. Effect of drug of Linaks the ENT SPECIALIST is cumulative action of its components therefore carrying out pharmacokinetic researches is not possible.

Indications to use:

— symptomatic therapy of the respiratory diseases which are followed by cough with the hardly separated phlegm.

Route of administration and doses:

Adults should rassasyvat slowly in an oral cavity on 1 pastil each 2-3 h. The maximum daily dose - 8 pastils. Duration of therapy averages 3-7 days.

Features of use:

Use at pregnancy and feeding by a breast. Drug is not recommended to use at pregnancy and in the period of a lactation (breastfeeding).

Use for children. Drug is contraindicated to children and teenagers up to 18 years.

Special instructions. Sucrose is a part of drug that needs to be considered at purpose of drug a sick diabetes mellitus and to the patients keeping to a hypocaloric diet.

Simultaneous use Lincassa LAURE with antibechic medicines, and also with the drugs reducing formation of a phlegm is not recommended.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

Contraindications:

— age up to 18 years;

— the increased individual sensitivity to drug components.

Overdose:

So far about cases of overdose of drug of Lincas LAURE it was not reported.

Storage conditions:

Drug should be stored in protected from light, the place, unavailable to children, at a temperature not above 25 °C. A period of validity - 3 years; not to use after the date specified on packaging.
