Family polyunsaturated fatty acids the omega-3, ascorbic acid, fumarates gland, niacinamide, zinc oxide, pantothenate of calcium, a pyridoxine a hydrochloride, Riboflavinum, thiamin mononitrate, folic acid, potassium iodide, sodium selenate, biotin, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamine. Other ingredients: gelatin, моноглидерид E 471 stearic acid, E 322 lecithin from sunflower, beeswax E 901, dyes E 172 iron oxides red and black.

Pharmacological properties:

 – What is NATALBEN SUPRA?
During pregnancy and chest feeding of the child in an organism of mother there is an increased need for vitamins, minerals and microelements.

Natalben SUPRA is dietary supplement to food which helps to fill requirements of an organism of the woman, in nutrients since the moment of planning of pregnancy and finishing with breastfeeding.

• Folic acid (B9 vitamin) and B12 vitamin. Folic acid has paramount value for reproduction and cell fission; this vitamin works already from the very beginning of fetation in this connection, pregnant women are recommended to fill the needs of an organism for this vitamin due to its receiving from the outside. B12 vitamin, as well as folic acid, also makes impact on cell fission process.
• Iodine is necessary for normal fetation. During pregnancy the increased consumption of iodine influences the correct growth and intellectual development of the child. During chest feeding the iodine which is present at milk of the nursing mother is also necessary for the child's organism in this connection, in this span it is recommended to fill the needs of an organism for iodine due to its receiving from the outside.
• Fatty acids of the Omega-3 family belong to one of types of irreplaceable polyunsaturated acids. These fatty acids are known under the name "essential" (irreplaceable) as our organism is not capable to synthesize them independently, but at the same time is in great need in their receiving. Fatty acids of the Omega-3 family come to an organism only with food. Fish, vegetable oils and seeds of plants are especially rich with these fatty acids. During pregnancy and breastfeeding it is recommended to use the specified food stuffs in connection with their high structural, nutritious and functional properties.

Route of administration and doses:

• Recommendation about use: to women on 1 capsule a day during food.
• Natalben SUPRA it is possible to accept during the entire period of pregnancy. Reception of this additive is recommended to be begun already with the pregnancy planning moment.
