General characteristics. Structure:

Active agent: extract of a fumitory of 275,00 mg
dry extract of a thistle of 70,00 - 100,00 mg

Description: 
The light brown solid gelatin capsules containing orange-brown powder.

Pharmacological properties:

ГЕПАБЕНЕ® is the combined drug of a plant origin, contains extract of a fumitory medicinal and dry extract of a thistle spotty.
Extract of a fumitory medicinal, the containing alkaloid фумарин, normalizes amount of the cosecreted bile, removes a spasm of a gall bladder and bilious channels, facilitating intake of bile in intestines.
Extract of fruits of a thistle contains Silymarinum which shows gepatoprotektivny action at acute and chronic intoxications, connects free radicals and toxic substances in liver tissue, has antioxidant and membrane stabilizing activity, stimulates protein synthesis, promotes recovery of cells of a liver.
ГЕПАБЕНЕ® normalizes function of a liver at various acute and chronic morbid conditions.

Indications to use:

ГЕПАБЕНЕ®-capsules are used in the following cases:
- as a part of complex therapy of diskineziya of biliary tract (including after a cholecystectomia);
- as a part of complex therapy at chronic hepatitises;
- as a part of complex therapy at chronic toxic damages of a liver.

Route of administration and doses:

The GEPABENE® capsules accept inside during food, without chewing, washing down with a small amount of water.
The adult drug is usually appointed on 1 capsule by 3 times a day. At a night pain syndrome it is recommended to accept in addition 1 more capsule before going to bed.
If necessary the daily dose of the drug GEPABENE® can be increased to 6 capsules (the maximum daily dose) at 3-4 receptions a day.

Features of use:

During treatment by the capsule drug GEPABENE®-patients have to keep strictly to the mode ordered by the attending physician, a diet, other medicinal appointments, to abstain from alcohol intake.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible.
Emergence of aperient action and increase in a diuresis is sometimes possible.

Interaction with other medicines:

So far are not described.

Contraindications:

Use of the drug GEPABENE®-of the capsule is contraindicated at:
- the increased individual sensitivity to drug components;
- acute inflammatory diseases of a liver and biliary tract.

USE DURING PREGNANCY AND DURING FEEDING BY THE BREAST:
Despite the absence of data on adverse effect ГЕПАБЕНЕ®-of the capsule on a fruit or the newborn, purpose of this drug during pregnancy and during feeding carry out by a breast only according to strict indications and under careful observation of the attending physician.

Overdose:

So far the phenomena of overdose are not described.
In cases of overdose it is necessary to see the attending physician urgently.

Effects of accustoming: 
Are not found.

Storage conditions:

Period of validity: 5 years. Not to apply after expiry date! To store at a temperature not above 25 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children.
