Glycosamine sulfate 750

General characteristics. Structure:

Active active ingredient:

Potassium sulfate glycosamine chloride in terms of a glycosamine sulfate – 750 mg
Excipients: calcium carbonate, cellulose microcrystallic, stearic acid, silicon dioxide colloid, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium.

Cover: gipromelloza, titanium dioxide, triacetin, propylene glycol, dye sunset yellow (E110).

Description. Biconvex tablets of an oval form, film coated from light yellow till dark yellow color, with an engraving of "GS 750" on the one hand tablets.

Pharmacological properties:

The glycosamine promotes prevention of processes of destruction of a cartilage, stimulates recovery of cartilaginous tissue, possesses the antiinflammatory and anesthetizing action, normalizes products of intra joint liquid. Improves mobility of joints, reduces the need for non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NPVP).

Indications to use:

Osteoarthrosis of peripheral joints and backbone.

Route of administration and doses:

Inside. The adult on 1 tablet 2 times a day. The steady medical effect is reached at administration of drug within 6 months.

Features of use:

It is not recommended to accept to children up to 18 years due to the lack of scientific data for this category of patients. The risk of allergic reactions increases at intolerance of seafood.

Side effects:

Dysfunctions of digestive tract (pain in epigastriums, a meteorism, diarrhea, a lock, nausea), skin allergic reactions (urticaria, a skin itch).

Interaction with other medicines:

Increases absorption of tetracyclines, reduces effect of semi-synthetic penicillin, chloramphenicol. Drug is compatible to paracetamol, NPVP and glucocorticosteroids. At combined use with NPVP strengthens antiinflammatory and analgesic effect of the last.

Contraindications:

Individual intolerance, the expressed renal failure, pregnancy, the lactation period. There are no data on use of drug for children.

With care: bronchial asthma, diabetes mellitus, intolerance of seafood (shrimps, mollusks).

Overdose:

Symptoms: cases of overdose are unknown. Treatment: gastric lavage, symptomatic therapy.

Storage conditions:

Term godnosti:5 years. Not to use upon termination of a period of validity. In the dry place at a temperature of 10-30 °C. To store in the place, unavailable to children.

Packaging:

Tablets film coated 750 mg

On 60 tablets in a polyethylene bottle with the screwing-up polyethylene cover and the safety valve from a foil. On a bottle paste the label, a bottle with a cover cover with polyethylene film and together with the application instruction place in a cardboard pack.

On 15 tablets in the blister from an aluminum foil / PVC. 4 or 8 blisters together with the application instruction place in a cardboard pack.
