General characteristics. Structure:
Active agents: metamizole sodium of 250,0 mg, Dibazolum of 20,0 mg, a papaverine a hydrochloride of 20,0 mg, phenobarbital on 20,0 mg.
Excipients: starch of 45,2 mg, talc of 11,1 mg, calcium stearate of 3,7 mg.
Pharmacological properties:
Pharmacokinetics. After intake metamizole sodium is quickly hydrolyzed in a gastric juice with formation of an active metabolite 4-methyl-amino-antipyrine which after exhaustion is metabolized in 4-formyl-amino-antipyrine and other metabolites. Metabolites do not contact proteins of plasma. The most part of drug is removed with urine in the form of metabolites. Metabolites are allocated also with breast milk.
Pharmacodynamics. Analginum has analgeziruyushchy and febrifugal effect. Dibazolum and a papaverine a hydrochloride reduce a tone of smooth muscles of bodies of digestive tract, cause expansion of peripheral vessels. Phenobarbital has sedative effect. Andipal - the combined drug, renders vasodilating, analgeziruyushchy, spasmolytic and sedative action.
Indications to use:
- the pain syndrome connected with a spasm of peripheral arteries;
- brain vasospasm;
Route of administration and doses:
Inside, after food, on 1-2 tablets 2-3 times a day depending on a clinical picture. The maximum single dose – 1 g, daily 3 g.
To children at the age of 6-10 years appoint 1 tablet 2 times a day.
Features of use:
At long appointment of Andipal it is necessary to control a pattern of peripheral blood regularly.
Side effects:
- allergic reactions;
- seldom (at prolonged use): leukopenia, agranulocytosis.
Interaction with other medicines:
Andipal can strengthen effect of the drugs exerting the oppressing impact on the central nervous system including ethanol and etanolsoderzhashchy drugs.
Anaprilin, blockers of H2-histamine receptors strengthen Andipal's effects.
Andipal increases hypoglycemic effect of peroral antidiabetic drugs.
Contraindications:
- hypersensitivity to drug components;
- liver and/or renal failure;
- hemopoiesis disturbance;
- deficit glyukozo-6-fosfatdegidrogenazy;
- pregnancy, feeding by a breast.
Overdose:
Symptoms – strengthening of side effects.
Treatment - symptomatic.
Storage conditions:
To store in dry, protected from light, the place at a temperature from 2 to 30 ºС.
To store in the place, unavailable to children!
