General characteristics. Structure:

Active agent: silicon dioxide of colloid 0,210 g. 

Excipients: cellulose of microcrystallic 0,0904 g, starch of potato 0,056 g, magnesium stearate of 0,0036 g.

Pharmacological properties:

Active component represents the spherical granules of colloid silicon dioxide made on special technology. The average size of granules makes about 30 microns. Due to giving of such space configuration to particles of colloid silicon dioxide, in addition to a high specific surface, creation of the developed system meso - and micropores is reached. Thanks to this unique system there is an adsorption of liquid contents, i.e. each granule of colloid silicon dioxide acts as a microcontainer, incorporating the toxic and poisonous components both dissolved, and not dissolved in liquid.

Due to use of opportunities of internal volume of granules, the sorption capacity (amount of substance which can absorb a sorbent on unit of the weight) of the granulated form of colloid silicon dioxide significantly surpasses sorption capacity of both usual colloid silicon dioxide, and absorbent carbon. 

Indications to use:

It is recommended as dietary supplement to food – a silicon source – a polysorbent. As the polysorbent drug is shown at acute and chronic intoxications and poisonings of various genesis (origin) in need of removal from an organism ekzo-and endogenous toxins of various origin, including pathogenic bacteriums and bacterial toxins, antigens, food-borne allergens, medicines and poisons, salts of heavy metals, radionuclides, alcohol, etc. As a silicon source SUPERCOAL is shown at deficit of silicon in an organism.

Route of administration and doses:

To use to adults and children aged from 14 years and is more senior – on 1-2 tablets 3-4 times a day during food, washing down with water. The use from 2 tablets of the drug "SUPERUGOL" (420 mg of colloid silicon dioxide, per 50% of assimilation) to 8 tablets of the drug "SUPERUGOL" (1680 mg of colloid silicon dioxide, on condition of 15% of assimilation), is the measure allowing to liquidate almost completely deficit of silicon in an organism, and also to provide necessary quantity of an effective polysorbent (adsorbent) in digestive tract for removal of toxins of various origin. Contraindications:

Individual intolerance of components, children up to 14 years, pregnancy and the period of a lactation, a peptic ulcer of a stomach and a 12-perstny gut in stages of an aggravation, an ulcer and erosion of a mucous membrane of intestines, gastric and intestinal bleedings, intestinal impassability.
