General characteristics. Structure:

Active ingredient: 1 g (2 g) of diamond green.

Excipients: ethanol (alcohol) of 95%, the water purified.

Pharmacological properties:

Pharmacodynamics. Aqueous-alcoholic solution of diamond green possesses antiseptic action.

Indications to use:

Apply outwardly as an antiseptic agent in the form of 1%-2% of spirit solution to processing of postoperative and posttraumatic hems, to greasing at a blepharitis, a pyoderma, etc.

Route of administration and doses:

Outwardly. Drug is applied directly on the damaged surface, taking surrounding healthy fabrics.

Side effects:

At hit of drug on a wound, mucous membranes and eyes burning is felt.

Interaction with other medicines:

Solution of diamond green is incompatible with the disinfectants containing active iodine, chlorine, alkalis including ammonia solution.

Contraindications:

Individual intolerance.

Storage conditions:

To store far from fire, in the cool place unavailable to children. A period of validity - 2 years
