Pharmacodynamics. The combined drug for external use. Has mestnoanesteziruyushchy effect.

Left menthol when drawing on skin causes irritation of nerve terminations, expands superficial vessels of skin, causing the feeling of a cool which is followed by analgeziruyushchy effect and simplification of an itch. Strengthens anesthetic effect of Procainum and benzocaine.

Procainum - mestnoanesteziruyushchy means with the moderate anesthetizing activity. Blocks natrium channels, interferes with generation of impulses in the terminations of sensory nerves and to carrying out impulses on nerve fibrils.

Benzocaine - local anesthetic for surface anesthesia. Interferes with emergence of painful impulses in the terminations of sensory nerves and to their carrying out on nerve fibrils.

Indications to use:

As mestnoanesteziruyushchy cure for neuralgia, mialgiya, arthralgias and a pruritic dermatosis.

Route of administration and doses:

Outwardly, apply on skin over the struck area and pound or apply on affected areas of skin (a pruritic dermatosis) 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment proceeds depending on medical effect, but no more than 3-4 weeks. If necessary the course of treatment is repeated.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions, contact dermatitis. At long use dizziness, the general weakness, a lowering of arterial pressure is possible. In these cases stop drug use.

Contraindications:
